The project is part of Highways England's programme to upgrade and increase capacity of the existing motorway network to relieve congestion. It involves converting the hard shoulder into a permanent running lane, and introducing enhanced on-road technology to monitor traffic flow and vary the mandatory speed limits to keep traffic moving smoothly. This is a multi-million pound project and our client is looking for Site to Senior Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS (section/senior)
• UK Highways Experience
• Proven ability of working in a fast paced environment with significant experience in at least one, preferably two of the following as a Site / Section engineer:
  • major earthworks
  • motorway drainage
  • roadworks (pavement, barrier, signs, gantries, bridge structures)
