Highways & Drainage Operative - Outdoor & Team Driven

Reading Borough Council is seeking a hands-on Highways & Drainage Operative to join the Highways & Drainage Team. Based at Bennet Road depot in Reading, you will carry out maintenance, respond to emergencies, and support winter duties to keep the network safe and accessible.

You will work outdoors in all weather, using a range of tools and machinery, following health and safety practices and coordinating with a team to deliver programmed works and respond quickly to urgent issues.
