Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Higher Level Teaching Assistant - experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support schools in Selby.

• Deliver planned lessons in the teacher's absence
• Lead small group intervention sessions
• Support teaching and learning across the classroom
• Assist with lesson preparation and resources
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience
• Previous school-based experience
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to lead learning confidently
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
