Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? A vibrant and supportive Primary School in the Epping Forest area is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across the school and help pupils reach their full potential.

• Supporting teaching across KS1 and KS2
• Leading small group interventions
• Covering lessons where required
• Supporting pupil progress and engagement
• Working closely with teachers and the leadership team

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum
• Confidence leading learning groups
• Experience working within Primary schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
