Higher-Level Teaching Assistant

Hoop Education is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs across South Wales.

Location: Neath

Pay: £100-110 per day

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group ALN support
• Assist with lesson planning and delivery
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment
• Support classroom organisation and resources
• Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning plans
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs

• Level 6 TA qualification or HLTA status (essential)
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN
• Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
