We're working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Leeds area that's seeking a talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. If you're confident leading class activities, supporting learning, and working in a dynamic environment-this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading class sessions and stepping in when teachers are away
• Delivering creative interventions to boost literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Supporting pupils with additional needs-helping every child shine
• Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and families
• Taking ownership of your role and fostering a positive classroom environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has HLTA status or an equivalent qualification
