• Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status or equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting
• Excellent understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
• Proficiency in using educational technology to support learning
