We have exciting opportunities for a number of High Purity Fitters & Pipe Fitters to join Suir Engineering Ltd. These positions will be for a semi-conductor project based in Leixlip Co. Kildare.

What you will be doing?
- Install and fabricate high purity and low purity process pipework within semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Measure, cut, bend and install stainless steel tubing and pipework.
- Install PVC, CPVC and associated mechanical piping systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare stainless steel tubing for orbital welding, including facing, alignment and fit-up.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings and mechanical layout drawings.
- Install pipe supports, brackets, valves and associated mechanical equipment.
- Work within cleanroom environments while maintaining contamination control and housekeeping standards.
- Comply with Intel site procedures, permit-to-work systems, and all Health, Safety and Quality requirements.
- Work closely with supervisors, welders, QA/QC personnel and other trades to deliver installations safely and efficiently.
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager.
Is this job for me?
- Qualified Mechanical Fitter, Pipefitter, Plumber or equivalent recognised mechanical trade qualification.
- Experience installing high purity and low purity process piping systems.
- Experience working with stainless steel, PVC and CPVC pipework.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings and mechanical layout drawings.
- Experience working within cleanroom, semiconductor or pharmaceutical environments is desirable.
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality and contamination control standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Good communication skills with a positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
