Squash Ireland is the National Governing Body for squash on the island of Ireland. Working in partnership with clubs, coaches, volunteers, players, Sport Ireland, and Sport Northern Ireland, we are committed to growing participation, developing talent, and delivering success at every level of the sport. Through our Connecting the Dots Strategic Plan, Squash Ireland is investing in club and community development, coach education, participation programmes, and a high-performance pathway that supports athletes to compete and succeed on the European, World, and Olympic stage.

Role

We are recruiting for a High Performance Lead & Coach who will work closely with the CEO to deliver the Squash Ireland High Performance Strategy and the performance objectives within the Connecting the Dots Strategic Plan.

Central to this role is supporting athletes through the LA 2028 Olympic qualification cycle and the 2027 European Games, as well as preparing athletes for World and European Championship events while building a sustainable pipeline of talent for future major championships.

This role will establish and lead a high-performance environment underpinned by professional planning, high-performance coaching, and integrated support services to deliver consistent success at European, World, and Olympic level.
