HGV/LCV Technician

We are proud to offer a comprehensive range of fleet solutions, including servicing, repairs, compliance management, and emergency support, ensuring vehicles stay on the road and businesses keep moving.

We are opening a brand-new, fully equipped LCV/HGV repair and maintenance facility in Hixon and are looking for x2 experienced Technicians who can repair both LVC & HGV to join our team and to start mid-January.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on LCVs and HGVs
Perform diagnostic checks and fault-finding
Preparing for MOT's
Conduct inspections to required safety standards
Electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis, repair and installation
Ensure all work meets compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience working on both LCV and HGV vehicles
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance or equivalent or proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role in vehicle maintenance.
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Class 1 license preferable
Ability to work independently
