HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver

We're currently recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established client in Northampton. If you're looking for job security, great earning potential, and a supportive transport team, this could be the role for you.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome - full training provided

The Role

• Delivering goods to retail stores across the UK
• Typically 6-12 drops per day
• Majority of deliveries are caged (90% simple drop & go)
• Occasional unloading inside stores required
• Shift length: 9-12 hours
• Start times: Between 04:00 - 08:00
• Shift Pattern: 5 on 3 off
  
  

Pay & Benefits

• £16.68 per hour holiday pay pension
• Overtime: £21.83 (6th shift)
• Weekly earnings: £800
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Shift Pattern

• 5 on / 3 off rota (excellent work-life balance)
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Hold a current Driver CPC (DQC card)
• Hold a valid Digital Tachograph card
• Able to work a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern
• Able to start from 04:00
• Maximum 3 points on licence
• Physically fit and capable of multi-drop work
• Multi-drop experience desirable, but not essential
• Newly qualified drivers encouraged to apply
  
  

Important Information

• All drivers must attend a 4-hour driving assessment
• This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, subject to individual performance
