We're expanding our workshop operations and are looking for askilled HGV Technicianto join ourbusy Amesbury Depot. This is afull-time, permanent positionoffering strong earning potential, varied work, and long-term job security within a growing operation.

Pay & Earning Potential

• £20.03 per hour

• Overtime after 47.5 hours: £25.04 per hour

• Saturday rate: £25.04 per hour

• Sunday rate: £30.05 per hour

• Regular overtime available to boost earnings

Shift Pattern

• Any 5 days out of 7

• Flexible working acrossweekdays and weekends

Your Role

You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road:

• Service, inspect, and maintain HGVs tolegal and company standards

• Prepare vehicles forMOT testingand manage transport to test centres

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults

• Repairminor accident damage

• Accurately record defects and completed works

• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues

• Deliverhigh standards of customer service

• Work on vehicles, trailers, and ancillary equipment

What We're Looking For

• Provencommercial HGV experience(essential)

• Relevant qualifications:
  City & Guilds (Parts 1, 2 & 3), BTEC, IMI, or equivalent industry experience

• Comfortable workingindependently and as part of a team

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage workloads effectively

• Positive, motivated, and professional approach

• Strong communication skills

• Full driving licence withno more than 6 minor points
  (No CD, DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
