Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance work within manufacturer timeframes, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of HGV malfunctions
• Support colleagues with technical issues and innovations
• Document diagnosis, repairs, safety inspections, and service activities accurately
• Promote the company's professional image and customer satisfaction
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Requirements

• Fully qualified HGV Technician with NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Practical post-qualification experience highly desirable
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex faults
• A committed team player with high-quality work standards
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
• Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to team success
• Driving licence considered advantageous but not essential
