HGV Technician
Crick, Northamptonshire - Workshop
£24.50 per hour
Full Time Permanent Position
Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Technicians to join a busy and modern workshop in Crick. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled mechanics looking for a long-term role with competitive pay, overtime opportunities and career development within a professional workshop environment.
The Role:
As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a fleet of heavy goods vehicles to ensure they remain safe, roadworthy and fully operational. You'll be working within a well-equipped workshop alongside an experienced team of technicians.
Duties include:
• Routine servicing and maintenance of HGVs
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• MOT preparation and inspections
• Brake, suspension and engine work
• Completing job cards and workshop paperwork accurately
• Ensuring all work is completed to high safety standards

Requirements:
