HGV Technician

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Service Centre, based in the Merthyr Tydfil area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £39,400 with OTE of circa £39,400 with working hours of 45 per week on a rota, between 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation Requirements:
• Previous working experience within the role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
