Job Description:

Position: HGV/ Rigid Driver
Location: Rockcorry, County Monaghan

BSS are currently looking for a HGV/ Rigid Driver for an upcoming project in Rockcorry, County Monaghan.

Responsibilities:

As a Rigid Driver your responsibilities will include:

• Operate HGV vehicles to transport various materials
• Load and unload materials safely, ensuring correct weight limits and load security
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting in line with company procedures
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with staff, weighbridge operators, and site supervisors
• To meet daily collection/deliveries targets as set by the dispatch manager

Requirements:

• Full, clean HGV Class 1 Driving License
• Driver CPC Card
• Previous experience in a similar role
