HGV Mobile Mechanic

OnSite Commercials have an exciting opportunity for a mobile service van technician.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working on all types of commercial vehicles including, vans, trucks and trailers.

The role is for day shift, Monday-Friday with an on call rota and OTE opportunities.

Main duties will include but not limited to;

Attending customer sites for routine maintenance and repair
Attending roadside breakdowns
Carry out routine fleet servicing
Diagnostic fault finding
On-site truck and trailer servicing and repairs
Mobile defect clinics

You will be provided with a fully equipped service van and all required equipment to complete daily tasks.

The successful applicant will require;

NVQ level or equivalent in Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair
Substantial experience working in the commercial vehicle industry
Full UK driving licence
HGV licence (desirable but not essential)
