Responsibilities

• Driving your team to hit those KPIs
• Coaching, guiding and inspiring individuals to be the best they can be
• Sharing your transport compliance know-how (O Licence, PMI, Tachograph Calibrations the works)
• Running performance reviews and annual appraisals like a pro
• Building morale, recognising achievements and keeping your team motivated
• Rolling up your sleeves, leading by example and living by the company values every day
• Being the go-to person for internal customers and making sure drivers have the very best experience
• Representing the department in wider team meetings and managing exciting short and long-term projects

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience managing a large and diverse team
• Solid knowledge of transport compliance (this one's essential!)
• Experience dealing with customer care situations
• CPC qualification would be a bonus - but not a dealbreaker
