Position: HGV Class 1 Days
Location: Doncaster
Drivers Plus is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Day Drivers for ongoing contracts in the Leeds area. Our client has a contract for an ongoing driver for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Around 3 - 4 collections per shift. Handball may be involved but mainly FLT loaded.

Follow planned routes to ensure timely arrivals.

Carrying out daily walkround checks, following WTD and Driver hour rules.

Downloading Tachograph card after every shift.

Shift Options:

Day work

09:00am starts, Finishing at 18:30pm

Monday to Friday

Around 10 hour shifts

Compensation:

Competitive pay rates for PAYE drivers, ranging from £15.52 to £17.50 per hour.

Drivers Pay £1 pound a shift for insurance contribution

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 Licence

CPC certification

Digital Tachograph Card

No major points or endorsements on driving record

Strong timekeeping skills

Excellent work ethic and team player mentality

Flexibility when required
