HGV 2 Night Driver

Taskmaster has a new temporary-to-permanent vacancy for one of our long-standing clients in Birstall.

We are seeking experienced Class 2 night drivers for a well-established refrigerated transport company.

Job Specification:
Start times: between 15:30 and 18:00
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
Delivering frozen and chilled goods to coffee shops covering Leeds, Newcastle, York and Harrogate areas
Handballing required
Cage work, drivers must be physically fit and able to stock items on shelves

Pay rates when temporary:
Monday to Friday: £16ph
Saturday £18ph
Sunday £20ph

Requirements:
Ideally, 2 years of experience, and new passes with experience are considered
Valid HGV (C) driving licence
No more than 6 points for minor offences
Clear communication skills, both verbal and in writing
No endorsements such as IN & DR 10's due to company insurance.

Experience:
Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
Driver CPC (preferred)
