Heritage Venue & Visitor Experience Lead

Hampshire County Council is seeking a proactive Visitor Services Officer for Royal Victoria Country Park in Southampton. You will lead day-to-day operations of the Royal Victoria Chapel, including weddings, events and venue hire, while ensuring a welcoming, high-quality visitor experience.

You will manage staff and volunteers, develop outstanding customer service, and help grow income and engagement across the park's heritage offering. Evening and weekend duties may be required.
