Heritage Site Operations Lead

Hampshire County Council's Countryside Service at Manor Farm, Botley, is seeking an Operations Officer to ensure a safe, welcoming and well-maintained visitor attraction. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance, health, safety and compliance to uphold high standards.

As a key member of the management team, you will work with contractors and partners to continuously improve processes while supporting the visitor experience and staff development.
