We have a new vacancy for a someone to join the small established team on a 400-acre family farm near Shipston on Stour in Warwickshire.

Key farm facts;

24:24 Westfalia parlour with cluster flush
400 pedigree cows with a herd average of 13,000 litres and 1000KG of milk solids
3 times per day milking
Replacements reared off site, calves sold at 3-4 weeks.
AYR calving with a level milk profile
Cows bedded on sand cubicles
TMR feed
RMS

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in milking, calving cows, basic tractor driving, feeding calves and other general farm work. Attention to detail is a must along with following strict protocols but also enjoy working within a small team with excellent high yielding cows.

In return we can offer a highly competitive salary along with a modern 2-bedroom semi-detached cottage about 3.5 miles from the farm which will be free from rent and rates along with regular time off.
