We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated herd manager to lead the team on a family dairy farm near Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire. The modern 400 cow unit includes a 40/40 parlour, sand cubicles and TMR fed producing a herd average in excess of 10,000 litres.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the dairy, motivate and train the team and ensure the highest standards are met across the farm. Attention to detail with a drive to improve cow performance are essential.

In return for your efforts, we are offering a highly competitive salary with bonuses, regular time off with a 4 bed family home included.
