Helpline Counsellor - 24/7 Emotional Support

Portfolio Credit Control in Hinckley is seeking a qualified Helpline Counsellor to provide support on a 24/7 helpline. This role involves completing clinical assessments, offering immediate support, and contributing to BACP accreditation through telephone/video counselling.
