Job Description

Our case management system is called Mosaic and it covers Adults and Children's Social Care Services, if you are successful, we will make sure you are supported to develop all the system knowledge needed to support our wider approach to system training, support and development.

Working as part of the Social Care Records Management, Support & Development Team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in joining a group that is committed to providing a quality service. You will work as a key part of the team, using initiative and problem-solving to support the service to achieve its objectives that often helps to keep vulnerable children and adults safe and independent.

The role

An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to provide ongoing helpdesk support to the users of our Social Care Systems.

The role will also require assisting with system developments to ensure all Social Care recording systems are fully reflective of any statutory and local recording requirements.

What's needed?

Ideally you should have knowledge of working within a Social Care environment with the ability to see the wider vision in relation Social Care Recording practices and General Data Protection Regulations. You should demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. You should have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
