Heating Engineers Mate

Our Client in Durham are looking to add an experienced Heating Engineers Mate to their team. You will be based in the Durham area working as part of our client'sproperty maintenance teams.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£20 Per Hour LTD

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general labouring to domestic and untenanted properties.
• Working with tradesmen to deliver reliable labouringwork.
• Ensure that maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

• CSCS
• 2 years' Experience
• Full UK Driving License
