Heat Treatment Load Assembler

Location: Halesowen

Hours: 40 hours per week, 15 00 Monday to Thursday, 12 00 Friday

Pay: £35,193 per year, plus overtime

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for accurate production load assembly
• Accurately measure and record hardness results
• Report and treat failures
• Accurately deal with dispatch notes and transport activities
• Support in production functions and movement of materials
• Building treatment loads
• Work inspection
• Breaking down treatment loads
• Administration tasks
• Housekeeping
• Crane driving
• Backup heat treatment operator

Required Skills & Experience

• Forklift licence
• Overhead crane experience
• Previous heat treatment and hardness testing experience preferred
