Role OverviewAs a Hearing Wellness Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their hearing journey, while building the experience, skills, and qualifications needed to progress into clinical audiology.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Carry out hearing screenings and pre clinic checks.
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
- Confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customers.
- Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately.
- Play an active role in delivering a high quality, customer centric service.
From day one, you'll receive structured training to build confidence and clinical understanding, including sessions at our Boots Hearingcare Academy.
This role offers a clear progression route: Hearing Wellness Advisor QHAD Audiologist.
Entry Requirements- GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C / 5 or above in Maths, English, and Science.
- Strong performance and customer focus.
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice.
- Salary: £24,785 per annum.
