• Managing a variety of claims across clinical negligence, product liability, and historic abuse claims
• Advising major indemnifiers, insurers and healthcare professionals
• Handling complex litigation from inception to resolution
• Liaising closely with clients and ensuring compliance with service standards

Profile

A successful Healthcare Solicitor - Senior Associate should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor in Scotland with expertise in professional indemnity, clinical negligence, healthcare of abuse claims
• Proven experience in handling complex legal cases within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
