Healthcare Security Team Lead

Compass Group UK&I ESS at the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the Security Team and oversee security and car parking services, ensuring safe and secure operations across the site. The role requires frontline SIA licensing and proven leadership in a security setting, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You will plan rotas, manage incidents, liaise with external agencies, and provide regular security management information, while
