Athena Care Homes is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our Central Office team. You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, ensuring accurate records, DBS checks, and compliant pre-employment steps, while delivering a welcoming candidate experience.

You'll work with the Resourcing Business Partner, Home Managers and wider People Team to keep recruitment on track and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
