Healthcare Recall & IT Administrator

Windrush Medical Practice is seeking a proactive Medical Recall/IT Administrator to support patient recalls for chronic conditions and ongoing medication monitoring. You will manage recall lists, communicate with patients, and ensure accurate coding in the electronic health record.

The role also covers IT support for the practice, including configuring workstations, user accounts, and ensuring secure access to EMIS, SystemOne, NHS Mail, and Microsoft 365. Full training and support are provided.
