Job Description

Arjo in Cardiff is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing and distribution operations. You will develop and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency, drive quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across ISO 13485 standards.

You will mentor the production team, partner with planning, procurement and engineering, and leverage ERP/MRP systems to streamline processes and achieve targets. A strong leadership mindset and problem-solving skills are essential.
