Healthcare Kitchen Lead: Cook & Team Leader (28h/wk)

Gap Personnel is recruiting an experienced Cook/Catering Team Leader to join Clifton Hospital in Lytham St Annes. This temporary role starts for at least 3 months with possible extension after Christmas. Shifts run 09:30 to 17:00, approx 28 hours across 4 days with alternate weekends.

You will lead the catering team, ensure high-quality meals, maintain hygiene to Food Safety standards, assist with stock control and ordering, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
