Their mission is to empower learners with the practical skills, confidence and mindset needed to thrive in real healthcare settings.They are seeking an engaging and motivated Healthcare Instructor who can bring training to life - both in-person and virtually- while inspiring learners to reach their full potential. What You'll Do Deliver dynamic, high-quality healthcare training programmes Adapt your approach to support different learning styles Coach and mentor learners to build competence and confidence Ensure QQI compliance and uphold quality standards Travel nationwide to deliver planned training sessions Essential Qualifications & Experience QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer (or QQI Level 6 Training & Development Special Purpose Award or higher) Certificate in Manual Handling & Patient Moving Handling Instruction Proven experience delivering training, in-person and/or virtually Full clean driving licence and ability to travel Strong presentation, communication and organisational skills Comfortable working in an IT-rich environment Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail What's on Offer Monday-Friday working schedule Competitive salary Fuel card / fuel expenses covered Birthday off Career progression opportunities Ongoing training and education support Work/life balance If you are passionate about developing others and want to make a real impact in healthcare education, we would love to hear from you.
