Healthcare Estates Manager: Mechanical Systems & Resilience

NHS Borders Estates Department is seeking a suitably qualified Estates Manager with a strong bias toward mechanical engineering (ventilation, pressures systems, decontamination, medical gas etc). The post holder will lead a multi-disciplinary team across NHS Borders property portfolio and oversee operation, maintenance and development of mechanical infrastructure.

The role requires autonomy, change management, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly at all levels.
