Healthcare Cleaning Services Lead - Operations & Hygiene

Welbeck Oxford is seeking a Cleaning Services Lead to oversee housekeeping and cleaning operations across the site, setting the standard for cleanliness, safety and infection control in a premium healthcare setting.

You will lead a team of five housekeepers, manage rotas, support audits, and collaborate with clinical and operational colleagues to deliver consistently high service levels in a new, state-of-the-art facility.
