About the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role in Yeovil - supporting adults with age related needs, physical and learning disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions in residential and nursing homes, and supported living settings.

Requirements

• Available for 40 hours a week
• Working hours between 07:00 - 22:00 (10 hour shift)
• Own vehicle and valid driver's licence

• Provide high quality care within healthcare and community settings

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 6 months UK experience as a HCA in a care or nursing home
• A calm, caring, and patient approach to supporting residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and the ability to work independently when required

• Understanding of dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing
