Healthcare Assistant

Wilford View care home is seeking a warm, compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. You'll play an essential role in supporting residents with kindness, dignity, and respect-helping to create a homely, uplifting environment where every individual feels valued.

£13.45 per hour

Full Time

You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enhances residents' comfort, independence, and wellbeing. Daily duties include assisting with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and general support, as well as offering companionship and reassurance-particularly for those living with dementia. You'll also help maintain a safe, clean environment and communicate any changes in residents' needs to senior staff.

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential - full training is provided
