Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust are recruiting Nursing Assistants for Ophthalmology within our organisation. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us on either a full time or part time basis.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the registered nursing team in providing direct high quality patient care. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Sister and in partnership with the registered nursing team.

ResponsibilitiesYou must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written, have a flexible approach to working and previous evidence of effective team working. We welcome applicants who have a genuine desire to develop within the NHS to deliver excellent care for patients. We expect applicants to be motivated, honest and reliable. Candidates must demonstrate commitment to the delivery of high quality patient focused care and be able to work effectively within the multi disciplinary team in order to promote service needs. Previous care experience in an Ophthalmic setting is desirable and excellent communication skills are essential.
