Healthcare Assistant

Working under the supervision of the Practice Nurse Lead and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, you will assist the practice clinical team in the delivery of safe, high quality primary care services to the practice patient population.

You will work within clear parameters after appropriate training and assessment of competence.

You will undertake routine patient care, managing your own pre-booked clinics.

Your approach to your work will be caring and compassionate.

You will have excellent and adaptable communication skills to deal with the varied nature of patients and clinical situations.
