Work Location: Basingstoke

Branch: Hampshire

Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour + mileage contribution

Client: 3-year-old female

Shifts: Weekday afternoon shifts

Care Setting: The family home

About The Role

We are looking for friendly and genuine Healthcare Assistants with experience in paediatric care to join this client's team of care staff at her family home in Basingstoke.

This young client has a history of seizure activity, and has required rescue medication and oxygen administration.

Successful applicants will take the time to build a caring and compassionate relationship with the client and her family, and will use non verbal communication tools to help the client with all her care needs.

Available shifts include:

  • Weekday afternoons

You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.

About The Role

Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.

You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:

  • Have previous experience in paediatric care and seizure management
  • Are playful and engaging with the client and her family
  • Are female
  • Ideally have a full UK clean driving licence

To be successful, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 1 years' experience of complex care
  • Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
  • Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
