Job Description

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking experienced Health Visitors to join Health Visiting teams across Buckinghamshire, including Aylesbury and surrounding areas.

You will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme in a supportive team, with supervision and opportunities for preceptorship and continued professional development. Flexible working options may be discussed. You will travel between community sites daily, with PPE and NHS benefits.
