Health, Safety & Environment Administrator - Vitacress

Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630.

Salary - Up to £26000

Office Based

In this role, you will

You'll be the organisational heartbeat behind our HSE activity. You'll keep our records precise, our training logs accurate, and our systems up to date. You'll manage incident reports, track actions, and support investigations so we learn fast and act even faster.

You'll help coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance checks, making sure we're always ready - not just when someone's coming to look.

You'll prepare reports, statistics, minutes, newsletters, and safety communications that help teams stay informed and engaged. You'll organise training sessions, toolbox talks, certifications, and keep training matrices in top shape.

You'll support the H&S Manager day to day and play your part in rolling out new safety initiatives across the business.

You can do this

If you thrive on accuracy, stay calm under pressure, and love being the steady hand behind essential processes, this role is made for you. You're organised, confident with IT, and able to follow instructions while knowing when to speak up.

You're diplomatic, level headed, and comfortable visiting operational areas when needed. Experience in health & safety or compliance admin is ideal, and a NEBOSH/IOSH qualification - or working toward one - is a bonus.
