Job Description
  • Provide legal counsel and representation in health care-related litigation matters.
  • Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case preparation and strategy development.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation within the health care sector.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in health care laws and regulations.
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance, and in good standing, to the bar in New York, with a strong understanding of local and federal laws.
  • Experience in litigation, ideally within the health care sector or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to case management and client service.
