For our client based in the Riviera region, we are looking for: Health Aide 80%. Your main missions consist of: Providing basic care to residents, Assisting residents in their daily activities, Implementing necessary elements for the comfort, well-being, and safety of residents, Cleaning the care environment, Documenting in the resident's file (DIR), Ensuring smooth communication and guaranteeing quality reception for residents and their families. Skills required: Health Aide certification from the Red Cross (120 hours) or an equivalent title, Professional experience in healthcare and/or knowledge of the Montessori method is a plus, Ability to collaborate in a network and interdisciplinary setting, Proficiency in spoken and written French, Comfortable with common tools.
