HEALTH & WELLBEING OFFICER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Wellbeing team anchored in the Community Hubs.

About the job

The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and delivering a Wellbeing Support service, working collaboratively with various partner organisations and advice agencies to provide a fully accessible, coordinated, holistic service.

What We Are Looking For From You

You will ensure practical Wellbeing Support for customers is appropriate to need, enabling customers to take an active role in managing and improving their health and wellbeing.

You will have excellent organisational and coordination skills, and will be required to monitor referrals into the new service; map delivery and quality check the provision citywide.

You will have experience of mentoring customers/staff and of report writing and maintaining excellent statistical records.

You will have excellent customer service skills, be flexible, play an active part in the Hubs/Libraries teams, ensuring good communication is maintained within the team, and contribute to the work of the team as a whole.
