We're looking for a Health and Wellbeing Nurse for our Merton service.

You will be stepping into a role where your compassion and clinical skills truly change lives. You'll work closely with people at some of their most pivotal moments, offering guidance, delivering evidence-based interventions and a human connection that empowers individuals to take positive steps toward recovery.

As Health and Wellbeing Nurse, you will be joining a vibrant body of clinicians across Via's wider national workforce, with regular meetings for peer support, case discussion and CPD.

We're looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
