Health and Safety Officer

Health & Safety Officer required for a leading developer delivering high-quality residential projects across Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced H&S professional to join an established developer and support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality projects. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to maintain strong health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• 3+ years' construction H&S experience.
• Experience on residential or large-scale projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties

• Carrying out site inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
• Supporting risk assessments and method statements.
• Delivering inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitoring compliance and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Liaising with site teams and subcontractors.
